These Terms govern your use of the AJ Waste website and the services we provide. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & estimates

Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins, based on actual volume, weight, materials, and access. You may decline before work starts.

2. Services

We provide junk removal, cleanouts, debris removal, and demolition services. You confirm you own the items to be removed or are authorized to have them removed and disposed of.

3. Items we cannot accept

For safety and legal reasons we may decline certain hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, certain liquids). We'll let you know if anything in your job falls outside what we can haul. Items we generally cannot accept include hazardous chemicals, asbestos, paints and solvents, motor oil and other automotive fluids, propane tanks, wet or biohazardous waste, and ammunition or explosives.

4. Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the items and property. Same-day and specific time windows are offered when available but are not guaranteed.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and common digital payments (such as Zelle and Venmo).

6. Liability

We carry insurance and take care on every job. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items removed at your direction.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
